* Supporting patients in their own environments, offering case management, follow-up care, and continuity that drives meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
To be considered for these opportunities, you will need to have:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (unrestricted)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health nursing, with strong case management skills preferred
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Current driver's license (essential for regional placements)
* Willingness to travel and commit to locum contracts
* Current Police Check
* Valid full working rights in Australia
