About the Role
You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients, delivering seamless, high-touch service across domestic and international travel.
This is a Monday-Friday role with no weekends, ideal for consultants looking for work-life balance without sacrificing career progression.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing high-volume corporate travel requests
* Booking flights, accommodation, car hire and complex itineraries
* Working across Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
* Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and confidence
* Managing group travel bookings (preferred but not essential)
* Providing expert airfare advice and fare construction
* Supporting clients with changes, reissues and special requests
* Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
About You
* Experience in corporate travel OR retail travel consulting
* Strong understanding of airfares and ticketing
* Confident using Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
* Group travel experience highly regarded
* Self-ticketing experience preferred
* Professional, polished and client-focused
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Reliable, self-motivated and a strong team player
The Package
* $70,000 - $80,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)
* Full-time, permanent position
* Flexible work arrangements available
* Monday-Friday hours only
