This is a casual 2 day position- with the opportunity to increase over time with covering leave. One of the days is Sunday, which involves Sunday award rates.
Currently this shift is mostly just a baker shift, not a make of sourdough, experience in making is not necessarily required.
Responsible for:
Maintaining quality of our Artisinal products
Maintaining Health and Safety protocols
Qualifications/Experience Required:
Qualified Baker
2 years+ experience in a Bakery is preferable
Flexible working hours/start times

What do we do?
We are a family owned artisan style bakery, bringing quality, simple and tasty baked goods to the neighbourhood and western Suburbs. Our focus is on our Sourdough and we are expanding our offering as we go, having opened just 3 years ago. We use Wholegrain Milling flour, free range eggs, and use quality chocolate in all our baking. We pride ourselves from making everything from scratch, we make all the relishes, jams, and fillings in house.
We are seeking a passionate Baker to join the team to come alongside us as we grow. Since we are such a small group, we each do it all, and you don’t have to feel stuck doing one type of baking. The Bakers start from 2am to 4am and finish by 10 or 12 (depending on the day).
