We are currently seeking a motivated and caring Oral Health Therapist to join our busy and well-established orthodontic practice located in Ipswich, QLD.
This role will commence as a casual position, with flexible days and hours available immediately. While our preference is 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), we are open to considering alternative availabilityat this stage. There is strong potential for the role to progress to apart-time position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Removal of braces and attachments
* Bonding of fixed retainers and aligner attachments
* Repairs of wires and retainers
* Assisting the orthodontist with orthodontic procedures
* Confidently working with children and building relationships with patients of all ages
* Providing patient education and instructions on appliances and procedures
* Intraoral scans and clinical photography
* Maintaining accurate clinical notes and ensuring infection control protocols are followed
* Confidence using clinical software
* Embracing new technologies and procedures as they are introduced
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor of Oral Health or equivalent qualification
* Current AHPRA registration (proof required)
* Orthodontic experience (fixed appliances and clear aligners) preferred but not essential
* New graduates are encouraged to apply – on-the-job training will be provided
