About the Role
The Client Contact Officer will receive, assess and respond to phone and electronic enquiries and provide a range of supports and services to new and existing CatholicCare customers. The primary objective of this role includes:
Provide a high-quality customer centred service in a prompt and effective manner;
Respond to enquiries or connect enquiries to the relevant role/team within the organisation as appropriate;
Book, reschedule and cancel services/supports; and
Provide and recommend information about CatholicCare services.
What We're Looking For
Availability between 6:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Previous experience in customer service, support, or a call centre environment
Experience in the aged care or community sector (highly regarded)
You'll also need to demonstrate:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Confidence in high-volume, fast-paced environments
* Strong computer and data entry skills
* Sound problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
* Capacity to manage multiple systems while maintaining client engagement
* A positive, team-oriented mindset
