The Role
Millennium is currently seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our team at Bundoora.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic group of skilled and motivated professionals in a supportive environment.

We have Full time positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.

Sunday: 06:*******:30
Key Responsibilities
Patrolling designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property
Providing a professional and courteous customer service experience
Adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures
Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support.
Assess and respond to situations of risk.
Promote and maintain workplace health and safety standards
Input data into site/client systems as required by SOPs
Oversee the site-based control room and CCTV system
Apply hazard risk management principles to mitigate risks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A valid Security License (Unarmed, Crowd Control and Monitoring preferred)
Basic First Aid and CPR certification
Proficiency in CCTV operations and EACS systems
Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
A good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role)
Reliable transportation (preferred).
The ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong attention to detail
Management and leadership skills
Ability to apply sound emergency response principles
Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
A proven track record of reliability and punctuality
You must have valid work rights in Australia.
