**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a sales consultant or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Weekend availability and flexibility to work during peak hours
- Fireplace or Weber BBQ experience is highly regarded but not required
