Trova is seeking an experienced
Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Consultant
to provide functional support for a long-term Oracle Cloud SCM environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience across Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules and the ability to work onsite in Melbourne, supporting business users, resolving production issues, and delivering ongoing system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide
functional L2/L3 support
for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules in a production environment
* Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SCM-related system issues and user queries
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and provide effective solutions
* Support day-to-day business operations across supply chain processes
* Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud SCM setups as required
* Assist with testing and validation for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and patches
* Support system enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Prepare and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and support artifacts
* Coordinate with technical teams on integrations, data issues, and performance concerns
* Ensure system usage aligns with best practices and business controls
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM
, including several of the following modules:
* Inventory Management
* Procurement (Purchasing, Self Service Procurement)
* Order Management
* Manufacturing (Discrete / Process)
* BOM (Bills of Material)
* Cost Management
* Supply Planning / Demand Planning
* Proven experience in
Oracle Cloud SCM support roles
(post-implementation / BAU support)
* Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes
* Experience working directly with business users in an onsite environment
* Ability to manage multiple support priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Oracle Cloud SCM certification(s)
* Experience supporting Australian or APAC-based supply chain operations
* Exposure to Oracle Cloud integrations and reporting (OTBI / BI Publisher)
* Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) or ERP-integrated systems
Work Arrangement:
* Onsite in Melbourne is mandatory
* Long-term engagement with stable, ongoing support work
