Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Victoria The Associate Broker will assist clients in navigating the mortgage process, including analyzing financial information, identifying suitable home loan products.
The role involves building relationships with clients, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of loan products, liaising with banks and lenders, and managing the documentation and application process.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of financial products, mortgage processes, and home loan structures
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
* Proficiency in financial analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving
* Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Prior experience in the financial or mortgage industry is beneficial
* Relevant qualifications in finance, business, or a related field preferred
Key responsibilities
Client and partner support: Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners, handle inquiries, and keep them updated on their applications.
Application processing: Manage the loan application pipeline, including collecting necessary documents, verifying information, and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Risk assessment: Analyze financial data, review credit reports, and assess creditworthiness to support risk decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, such as credit and settlements, to ensure applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
Compliance and quality assurance: Ensure all applications and processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Administrative support: Handle various administrative tasks, organize client meetings, and provide support to senior brokers to help them manage their workload.
