About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Events Manager to drive new business and revenue growth for our newest opening in Sydney.
As Sales and Events Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing proactive sales strategies to attract new business and drive event sales. You will help lead the sales function across our newest opening in Sydney, managing relationships with key corporate clients and hospitality partners.
Reporting to our San Francisco based Director of Sales, you'll be a self-starter with a passion for hospitality and a strong track record of proactive sales in luxury hospitality.
Sales and Events Manager Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy to drive new business and revenue growth for our Sydney location.
* Identify, target, and secure new corporate accounts and hospitality partnerships.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the events, corporate, and luxury lifestyle sectors.
* Drive sales for private dining, large group bookings, and exclusive events.
* Work closely with marketing and operations teams to create compelling sales packages and promotional initiatives.
* Help ensure alignment in sales efforts and maximise revenue opportunities.
* Track and analyse Sydney sales performance, providing reports and insights to senior management.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a senior sales role within high-end hospitality, restaurants, or luxury events.
* A strong network within corporate, M&E agencies and hospitality industries
* A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for business development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to think strategically and execute innovative sales initiatives.
