Our Kairros Western Australia branch is expanding We are seeking contractors across the state to join our growing teams in the following locations:
* Esperance
* Albany (and surrounds)
* Kalgoorlie
* Broome
* Kununurra
* Port Hedland or Karratha
As a team member, you will work closely with Kairros Consultants to support individuals who have sustained psychological or physical injuries in the workplace.
Your responsibilities include assessing needs and providing effective solutions to facilitate clients' safe return to work, whether within their current employer or with a new employer, as part of their rehabilitation and recovery process.
Qualifications
Experience and qualifications you will bring:
* Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Confidence in engaging with stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees
* Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Commitment to high-quality customer service
* Punctuality and effective time management skills
