Executive Assistant to CEO - Property & Construction
Our client is on the lookout for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO across an exciting portfolio of businesses in real estate, funds management, construction, and property development.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves variety, and has the confidence to work at a senior level. Beyond diary management, you’ll be heavily involved in projects, communications, and operations, ensuring the CEO is supported to perform at their best.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a diverse and hands-on position where you’ll provide executive-level support while also stepping into project and stakeholder coordination.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and communications, ensuring priorities are met.
- Preparing correspondence, contracts, reports, and investor updates to a high professional standard.
- Coordinating projects across real estate, development, funds, and construction, liaising with lawyers, financiers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Assisting with due diligence, investor negotiations, and maintaining data rooms and project systems.
- Supporting marketing and communications, including newsletters, flyers, website updates, and investor material.
- Providing operational and financial support from budgets and invoices to reporting and team updates.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as an EA or senior administrator, ideally supporting C-Suite or executive leadership.
- Background or exposure to real estate, property, funds management, or construction would be highly valued.
- Exceptional written skills, with the ability to draft reports, contracts, and professional updates with minimal direction.
- Strong organisational and project management ability able to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
- Confidence with Microsoft 365 and business tools such as AgentBox, Canva, Adobe, Squarespace, and project management systems (ClickUp, Airtable, or similar).
- A problem-solving mindset, able to work independently, think strategically, and use technology/AI to improve efficiency.
