Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the execution of store strategies, leading and developing a team of Customer Advisors to drive sales and deliver high standards of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail leadership or management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting customer expectations. You will be able to energize and motivate a retail team to exceed sales targets and KPIs, while also providing excellent support to customers.
