The Strategy, Transformation and Allied Health Division (STAH) leads and supports CQ Health to achieve the priorities set out by the Health Minister, Department of Health and
Destination 2030: Great Care for Central Queenslanders.
The three portfolios are Allied Health Professional leadership; Strategy and Planning; and Transformation and Service Improvement.
About the role:
The Director, Service Transformation will lead, manage and direct a small high-powered team that undertakes, coordinates and provides oversight of integrated strategic and operational initiatives to facilitate complex service-wide improvements in Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service. The role holder will partner collaboratively with internal multidisciplinary teams at all levels within the health service, leveraging influence to drive accelerated growth while contributing to the deployment of

About you:
* While not mandatory, a relevant qualification or extensive experience in project, program or change management would be well regarded.
* Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor multi-disciplinary project teams.
* High level analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to proactively identify and manage risks and issues and the ability to challenge issues constructively and recommend innovative solutions.
* Demonstrated specialist knowledge in the use of project, program and change management principles and practices and the ability to establish clear plans and timeframes for program or project implementation through to closure.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $15,182 is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $ $80.53 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
