WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
You will manage a portfolio of high‐end clients, providing a personalised and discreet service at every stage. On a day-to-day basis, this includes identifying and engaging prospective clients, responding to enquiries, and guiding them through the luxury experience from first contact to closing. You will craft bespoke strategies for each client, curate exclusive opportunities, and oversee all communications and negotiations.
With full autonomy, you will decide how to structure your day, prioritise leads, and create touchpoints that deliver exceptional service. You'll work independently while leveraging our team's support and resources when needed. Maintaining strong relationships, anticipating client needs, and staying ahead of market trends will be central to your role, ensuring every interaction reflects the standard of excellence expected.
YOU WILL NEED...
* 5+ years' experience in luxury real estate in Australia
* Existing luxury network or proven ability to build one - in Australia or high interest oversees buyers
* Full-working right - Citizenship, PR or long-term visa with no restrictions long-term
* Experience building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients
* An active Real Estate License and committal to renewal and CPD as per regulations
* A Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or equivalent
* Previous experience working in an autonomous role
* A track record of selling properties $5M+
* A sharp understanding of luxury markets and trends
* Exceptional communication and networking skills
* Comfort using digital tools and platforms
