About the Role
In this unique position, you’ll balance hands-on residential property management with new business development. As the rent roll grows, we’ll appoint a Portfolio Manager to support daily operations, creating a natural step-up for you to lead the residential team.
What We’re Looking For
End-to-End PM Experience: You’ve managed every aspect of residential property management — from leasing and arrears to maintenance, VCAT/tribunal, and compliance.
Proven BDM Results: You know how to prospect, pitch, and win new managements, with a track record of growing rent rolls.
Client-First Mindset: You’re skilled at building lasting relationships, handling tough conversations with professionalism, and turning service into referrals.
Leadership Readiness: You’re not just looking for another PM job — you want to help shape a department, mentor future team members, and step into a leadership role.
