Provide customer service to customers including greeting and serving customers, address a range of customer service enquiries and routine customer problems.
Undertakes all correct procedures when processing cash, cheque or credit card transactions.
Maintain awareness of and promote in store promotions and where possible generate customer interest.
Assist in the supply of Pharmacy and Pharmacist Only Medicines within the pharmacy by using the required questioning protocols, referring the customer to the pharmacist if required and providing pharmacy medicines, health care information and self-care practices where trained.
Assist in the delivery of quality customer service to pharmacy customers by assisting in determining the customer needs, providing information on pharmacy products and services, matching product to customer needs, finalising the sale and providing after-sales service.
