The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team. This versatile role will provide quality administration support to the Office Manager.
This is a full-time position: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm
Key Responsibilities of the role:
* Screening/answering telephone calls and emails
* Job Scheduling
* Scanning/Filing
* Entering sales invoices
* Receiving payments and follow-up overdue accounts
* Creating purchase orders
* Vast administration duties
What you'll bring to the team:
* Previous experience working in the service/trade industry
* Reliability and high attendance is essential
* Good level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Able to work under pressure along with strong multi-tasking abilities
* Proven experience with administration duties
* A helpful manner with strong organisational skills
* Ability to priorities tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Able to work well in a team environment
* Experience in Xero essential
* Service M8 experience is desired
* Current drivers licence
