Competitive wages Great team environment Purpose built engine facility Free car parking Employee Assistance Program Regular workplace events Description The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced full time Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join the Turboprops team based at Adelaide Airport to work on our PT6A/TPE331 engines. Your duties will include: Perform heavy engine maintenance on gas turbine engines Work in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) documentation and airworthiness requirements Utilise ERP and maintenance worksheets to accurately record job progress Identify and act on opportunities for improvement Maintain a clean & tidy work area free of foreign object damage (FOD) Take all reasonable steps to ensure own safety and the safety of others Actively participate as a team member to achieve team goals and deliver to the customer. Occasional NDT work. Skills And Experiences The ideal candidate will possess: A passion and drive to deliver to keep their customers flying PT6A/TPE331 experience Comprehensive engine overhaul knowledge and experience Demonstrable knowledge of engine strip, detailed inspection and assembly Experience in carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work in accordance with OEM documentation Experience working within airworthiness rules and regulatory requirements Experience working with both manual and automated tools and equipment NDT experience desirable but not essential High level of accuracy and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals Machining and general engineering knowledge an advantage.
