What you will do :
* Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
* Conduct temperature and quality checks, effectively managing cross-contamination to ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
* Support kitchen team members in establishing and sustaining an organized and efficient workspace
* Take on hands‐on cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment, waste disposal and management, operating a commercial dishwasher and handling cleaning chemicals
* Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation
More about you :
* Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand
* Food Safety Certificate
* Passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast‐paced environment
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts over a 7‐day a week roster
