About the Role
SEL is a market leader in sport and entertainment management, marketing, and commercialisation. We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Commercial Executive to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the growth of SEL's portfolio by selling premium assets across key SEL accounts and driving commercial outcomes for our Talent division.
You will work closely with rights-holders, partners, talent, and internal stakeholders to deliver revenue, strengthen relationships, and identify new commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow commercial partnerships across key SEL accounts.
* Develop tailored proposals and compelling pitches that align with client objectives and drive revenue growth.
* Maintain a proactive sales pipeline and provide regular updates on activity, progress, and forecasting.
* Support SEL's Talent division by identifying opportunities, pitching to brands, and securing new commercial partnerships for talent.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key stakeholders to maximise commercial outcomes.
* Prepare partnership proposals, negotiate scope and deliverables, and oversee activation planning and execution.
* Contribute to commercial strategy, pricing frameworks, and asset development across both account portfolios and talent representation.
* Undertake market and industry research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve partnership performance and drive additional revenue.
About You
* 3+ years' experience in commercial, partnerships, sponsorship, or talent-related sales (sport or entertainment industry advantageous).
* Strong sales mindset with proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly motivated, organised, and commercially astute.
