In this role you will provide customer service support and technical advice to our customers, book and coordinate jobs, data entry and process quotes, invoices and warranty claims.What you'll be doingProviding exceptional and professional customer service both on the phone and face-to-face in the workshopProviding quotes and invoicesBook and coordinate jobsFollowing up on service jobs and calling customers to advise them on delays and/or finish timesDealing with warranty policy adjudication and informing customers of expected costs and warranty coverageInspecting parts related to warranty claims and ensuring parts are dispatchedWarranty administrationWhat you need to be successful in this role:Experience in a similar role at a truck, car machinery or agricultural dealershipMechanically-minded, problem-solver, team player, excellent communicator, strong attention to detail and organisational skills and intermediate computer skillsTruck mechanic qualification or other mechanic qualification – desirable but for the right person a trade qualification may not be necessaryKenworth or DAF experience (desirable)We welcome mechanics looking to move into an office-based role.Training and career advancement$3,500 relocation bonus to help you moveWe have well-equipped workshops and state-of-the-art facilitiesSocial events and support team environmentWe offer mental health and wellbeing support programs as well as retail discount programsWe offer generous hourly rates and guaranteed job securityHow to applyTake the next step by clicking apply now and follow all prompts.
