We're looking for a Marketing, PR & Content Manager who can bring this to life — someone who can connect programs, partnerships and impact to powerful stories, campaigns and measurable outcomes.
About the Role
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will be responsible for elevating the Foundation's visibility, reputation and reach through integrated campaigns, strategic PR, and high-quality content that supports:
* Fundraising and revenue growth
* Partner engagement
* Community awareness and advocacy
You'll work across a diverse portfolio of programs and stakeholders, ensuring everything we deliver is planned, aligned and driving impact.
What You Will Be Doing
* Develop and deliver a marketing, PR and content strategy aligned to organisational priorities
* Build and manage a campaign and content plan across the year
* Create and oversee compelling content and storytelling across all channels
* Lead PR and media engagement, identifying opportunities to amplify our work
* Support fundraising and partnership teams with campaigns that drive outcomes
* Grow and engage audiences across digital platforms
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure strong alignment between delivery and storytelling
* Track performance and continuously improve based on insights
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in marketing, communications, PR or content roles, with a focus on delivering outcomes
* Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work against agreed plans
* Strong storytelling skills — you know how to turn impact into content that connects
* Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels
* Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Qualifications in marketing, communications, PR or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Experience in the not-for-profit, community sector is highly regarded, but not essential.
