Drive Business Growth as a Key Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills, a proven track record of building relationships with developers, builders, and architects, and a deep understanding of the commercial market. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of both existing clients and new opportunities, building trusted relationships, and providing tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
About the Role
* You will work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and provide expert advice on e&s's premium kitchen, bathroom, and laundry solutions.
* You will collaborate internally with the commercial support team and across showrooms to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
* You will also collaborate with key supplier partners to ensure support across projects and clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to:
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective relationship-building, product expertise, and negotiation skills.
* Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders through regular face-to-face meetings and proactive communication.
* Target and convert new opportunities through a strategic approach to business development.
* Present tailored solutions from the e&s range, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
* Growing Revenue: Achieve sales budgets by increasing product registrations and margins.
* Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and architects.
* New Business: Target and convert new opportunities, including meeting with at least 4 new clients per month.
* Product Expertise: Provide expert advice on e&s's range of products and services.
* Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up to date.
What We're Looking For
* A proven track record of success in account management or consultative selling, preferably in the building industry.
* Exceptional organisational and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
* Strong business acumen and knowledge of the commercial market.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, particularly Netsuite.
