Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee our Northern Region distribution efforts across the retail advice and IFA channels. This role is responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, driving regional strategy, and ensuring delivery of innovative investment solutions tailored to financial advisers and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and coach the Northern Region sales team to achieve revenue and inflow targets
* Maintain and grow a personal adviser panel, focusing on high-impact relationships
* Drive execution of sales strategy, pipeline management and CRM discipline
* Oversee implementation of national sales initiatives and support RFP responses
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams in financial services or wealth management
* Strong understanding of Managed Accounts, advice processes, and business models
* Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities across geographically dispersed teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM and reporting tools
