We're growing our digital team and are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to accelerate our organic growth. Reporting to the Head of Organic Growth, you'll join a high-impact team shaping how we win in both SEO and LLM-driven search experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute a scalable SEO strategy aligned to business growth targets
* Lead technical SEO improvements across site health, speed, indexing, structure and crawlability.
* Drive on-page optimisation across key commercial and content pages
* Partner with content and performance teams to scale high-performing content
* Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
* Track performance and deliver clear reporting on rankings, traffic, conversions and ROI
* Stay ahead of algorithm updates and SEO best practice
You've Got the Skills:
* A commercial mindset — you care about impact, leads and revenue
* You'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience SEO specialist role (agency or in-house).
* Strong technical SEO capability with hands-on implementation experience.
* Confident use of GA, Search Console and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
* A proactive, test-and-learn approach and genuine passion for performance
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to drive influencing conversations with stakeholders
