Your New Role
Working alongside another HR Advisor and a Safety Officer, you will support day–to–day HR activities across a diverse workforce including apprentices, mechanics, engineers, and office–based teams. You will gain broad exposure, mentoring, and practical experience across core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Assist with training, development, and HR administration
* Support annual performance and review cycles
* Provide guidance on awards, conditions, and entitlements
* Support employee relations and performance processes
* Partner with the Safety Officer on WHS‐related administration
* Build positive working relationships across the business
About You
* 1–2 years' experience in a HR role, internship, or graduate position
* Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline
* Strong foundational knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES, and modern awards
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a practical, professional approach
* Comfortable working with blue‐collar and professional teams
* Willingness to learn and build HR capability
* HRIS experience is beneficial but not essential
