Offender Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Offender Management Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Offender Management initiatives and processes at Marngoneet Correctional Centre.
* You will contribute to positive culture change within the organisation by providing guidance and support to case workers on offender management processes.
* This includes case planning, strategy implementation, motivating compliance, and monitoring progress of prisoners on their caseload.
* In addition, you will support the development and implementation of strategies for quality assurance and continuous improvement in the execution of offender management initiatives.
The role involves direct prisoner contact and weekend/public holiday work. To be successful, you must have demonstrated knowledge of the Reducing Re-offending Framework, the Offender Management Framework, and practices of offender management/case management in custodial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the implementation of Offender Management initiatives and processes.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to case workers on offender management best practices.
* Develop and implement strategies for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
