Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin.
What you will be Doing
* Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports
* Liaise with external vendors regarding contractor management
* Minute taking, meeting and agenda preparation
* Manage Contractor Management mailbox
* Document management and record keeping
* Conduct desktop audits on external vendor job cards
* Maintain INTELICS workflow tool and end-user access
* Champion team applications
* Participate in field leadership activities
What you will need
* Demonstrated experience in contractor management or safety administration
* Strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and sustainable development
* Knowledge of BHP systems (CMS, Contractor Web Portal, TEMPO, RightCrowd, Documentum, SAP)
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities
* High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent document control and organizational skills
* Problem-solving ability and collaborative team approach
