Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project Analyst to join our Project Analytics division. This role is suited to an individual with approximately 2-4 years of experience in project controls environments, who possesses strong analytical skills and an interest in leveraging data to enhance project outcomes. You will collaborate closely with senior analysts and consultants, consolidating project data, creating sophisticated models using the Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps), and developing insights that inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Consolidate and analyse project data from diverse sources.
* Develop robust data models and visually engaging dashboards using Power BI.
* Write and maintain advanced queries using M code and create DAX measures.
* Assist in developing predictive analytics and scenario analyses.
* Support the preparation and delivery of client presentations and workshops.
* Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Desired Skills and Experience

Required Skills & Experience:

* 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics/BI Development.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Proficiency or familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power BI.
* Understanding of M code and DAX or a willingness to rapidly develop these skills.
* Ability to manage tasks independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
* A strong eye for graphic design, with an ability to produce visually appealing reports and dashboards.
* Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
* Experience in a project controls/management environment advantageous
* Exposure to project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
