Job Description
Permanent Coordinator position available in Newport.
Hours: 7:00am – 9:00am, 2:40pm – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, plus 2 hours of admin.
Responsibilities:
* Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children.
* Design and facilitate activities that foster learning and creativity.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure the well-being and safety of every child in your care.
* Manage a team of Educators.
Qualifications
* A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference.
* Experience in childcare or early childhood education.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
* Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid).
* Australian work rights.
* Diploma level qualification recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards.
