We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our team as a SAP HR Functional Analyst. This is a hands-on role combining SAP HR Payroll configuration with UKG Workforce Pro expertise, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and global HR technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, maintain, and support SAP HR Payroll, including basic to intermediate configuration activities.
* Support and enhance UKG Workforce Pro, assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
* Partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and deliver effective HR system solutions.
* Manage HR system changes from design through testing and deployment, including effort estimation and planning.
* Act as the primary contact for HRIS vendors and collaborate with global HR IT teams to ensure service delivery.
Requirements
* Strong skills in SAP HR configuration with a deep knowledge in Payroll, Time Management and Personnel Administration.
* IT Degree or Equivalent Certification.
* 8+ years in SAP HR solutions, with strong Payroll configuration skills.
* Experience across multiple SAP HR sub-modules.
* Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Pro (configuration or implementation).
* 10+ years in IT project delivery and application support.
* Experience in Retail environments and familiarity with Enterprise Agreements or Industry Awards is beneficial.
