Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is beneficial but not essential
* Prior experience working in Supported Independent Living environments or supporting individuals with complex disabilities will be highly regarded
* Flexibility to adapt to varying shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers - penalty rates apply
