About the role
The Call Centre Manager is a leadership position responsible for the efficient and high-quality delivery of sales and customer service support by our call centre staff. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the College Executive Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide effective leadership, management and supervision to call centre staff.
* Partner with trainers and other teams to facilitate collaboration and achieve strategic objectives
* Leverage expert knowledge to guide staff on relevant legislation, policy and reporting requirements in the VET industry
* Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in student support and call centre operations
* Oversee customer relations management resources
Qualifications
The person we seek will have the following
* A Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant and recent experience in service provision management and administration, preferably in a call center
* Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently
* Well-developed leadership and people management skills
* Well-developed time management and organisational skills
* High levels of initiative and problem-solving skills
* Well-developed analytical and data reporting skills
* Strong commitment to customer service
