As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Working closely with all members of the kitchen brigade, your mission is to maintain high standards and contribute to the development of innovative and delicious dishes.

What we're looking for:
We're seeking an experienced chef ideally with at least 4 years relevant experience, plus:
a strong work ethic and reliability to work across a variety of shifts,
a desire to learn, develop and continuously improve,
and a vehicle and drivers licence (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property.

This role is in a beautiful remote Tasmanian location, but still only a two hour drive away from Hobart and Launceston.
We offer live in subsidised and fully-furnished accommodation in Tasmania's breathtaking Freycinet National Park which is located only 10 minutes drive from holiday town, Coles Bay.
You can also expect access to Wi-Fi, gym, and entertainment facilities at the employee accommodation site, as well as a complimentary meal on your shift.
