Job Title: Supply and Distribution Manager
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire supply chain process, guaranteeing efficient distribution and management of stock across all warehouses. Key responsibilities include coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring timely unpacking and dispatch of merchandise, conducting regular stock audits, and maintaining adequate stock levels to meet customer demands.
* Warehouse Management:
o Coordinate the receipt and processing of incoming shipments
o Ensure accurate binning and storage of stock
o Pick and pack merchandise for dispatch in a timely and efficient manner
o Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and movements
* Inventory Control:
o Analyze sales trends to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
o Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking
* Procurement:
o Sources goods and services from reliable suppliers at competitive prices
* Staff Management:
o Supervise and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve maximum efficiency
* Communication:
o Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including general managers and sales teams
