Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment in a Kitchen Hand position, integral to providing support to the catering team at Victoria Barracks (Paddington) Join the team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic environment.
The Position:
* Part-time Kitchen Hand
* Prep simple items (veg, salads, basic mise en place) to support service
* Keep kitchen, dining and servery areas clean, safe and tidy
* Use cleaning equipment correctly and follow food-safety procedures
* Help with stock rotation, temperature checks and waste reduction
The Person
* Hospitality or cleaning experience an advantage
* Knowledge of safe food handling and cleaning practices
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
* Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed
