Sous Chef Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take charge of shifts during busy periods
• Mentor junior chefs in cooking techniques and restaurant operations
• Maintain high standards across all menu items,
personal hygiene & cleanliness.
Requirements:
• 1+ year experience as a Sous Chef in fast-paced pub or similar environments;
>• Up-to-date Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain);
business acumen with natural leadership skills,
