People Culture Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our organization's People and Culture strategy.
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive People and Culture plan, identifying areas for improvement and growth;
2. Embed a culture of excellence and collaboration throughout the workplace, fostering an environment where employees thrive;
3. Collaborate with department heads to provide support and guidance on performance management, employee development, and recognition initiatives;
4. Promote talent development and learning opportunities, working closely with Accor Academy to ensure resources are utilized effectively;
5. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including the Fair Work Australia Act and National Employment Standards;
6. Design and implement engaging employee experience programs, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
