About the Role
Duties
* Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service to guests.
* Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the restaurant runs efficiently.
* Assist management to ensure that the team has the necessary resources to effectively perform their jobs.
* Assist the team with general responsibilities during service.
* Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
Skills & Experience
* Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
* Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
* Experience working in supervisory role preferable
* Experience working in a Bar (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
* Unrestricted working rights for Australia
* Must have weekend availability (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday preferred)
