Aviation Security Site Manager - Emerald Airport (Full Time) 
Trident Services has been awarded the Emerald Airport Aviation Security contract. We are now on the lookout for an Aviation Security Site Manager to lead our team and help us deliver exceptional service at this exciting new location. 
The Role 
This role holds accountability for contributing to the seamless running of the designated area. It is an advocate for Trident Aviation and Transport and is focused on being an integral part of the engaged aviation team. The role is tasked with leading the Trident Aviation Services team in protecting the skies and creating an exceptional customer experience while promoting the requested work culture around the Trident Visions and Values. 
Requirements / Qualifications 
Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives 
Promote and maintain OH&S; standards and practices 
Current Security License and First Aid/CPR 
Current ASIC or ability to obtain 
Senior Management experience - preferably in a security or aviation transport environment 
Previous experience in a highly regulated environment 
Current Drivers License and reliable transport 
Effective verbal and written communication skills 
High personal integrity and grooming standards
