We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the transformation of public transportation in Tasmania. As the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our transport network.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership in complex service delivery organisations, preferably in transport, infrastructure or essential services. They will be able to champion a performance-based culture and drive innovation, financial sustainability and safe and reliable services.
The CEO will work closely with a highly engaged Board, shareholders and government stakeholders to lead the integration of new technology platforms and deliver the next phase of organisational and cultural reform. Key priorities include improving service reliability, driving operational efficiency and pursuing measures that will ensure long-term financial sustainability beyond 2029.
The ideal candidate will be a stakeholder-savvy executive who can build collaborative, values-aligned cultures and lead through complexity with integrity, transparency and purpose. They will bring demonstrated operational leadership, effective at influencing to drive outcomes and resilient in leading through change.
