Senior HR Manager/Director Brief
* The Senior HR Manager/Director will be the company's first dedicated People leader in Dubai and will build out the HR function from scratch. This is a hands-on, senior corporate role responsible for establishing all people operations, owning end-to-end HR, and partnering closely with the CEO, CIO, CTO and Chief Operations leadership.
* You will operate as the central point for all HR processes tied to onboarding a first wave of global hires.
Senior HR Director Responsibilities
* Build and operationalise the HR function for a high-growth aerospace organisation starting from day zero.
* Own all HR processes: onboarding, contracts, visas, compliance, performance frameworks, policies, remuneration structures and employee relations.
* Manage relocation logistics, housing allowances, benefits packages and the company's significant perks program for incoming global talent.
* Partner with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate interviews, scheduling and candidate management for senior hires.
* Support Emiratisation requirements and work with local UAE recruitment partners for domestic hiring needs.
* Oversee all employee documentation, HR systems, internal admin workflows and corporate governance.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on organisational design, culture, workforce planning and people strategy.
* Help embed a high-performance culture aligned with global aerospace standards of professionalism and safety.
Senior HR Director Requirements
* Senior HR leadership experience within complex, fast-moving, high-growth environments (aerospace, engineering, advanced manufacturing, defence or tech preferred, but not required).
* A corporate HR generalist background with confidence leading everything from policy creation to executive-level stakeholder management.
* Experience supporting international relocations, expat packages or global mobility advantageous.
* Strong organisational and communication skills — able to handle high-volume onboarding with professionalism and warmth.
* Ability to work autonomously, set up new processes and bring order to a scaling environment.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to operate as the company's go-to HR expert.
