Overview
FIFO Chef roles across Western Australia. Full‐time positions offer a starting salary from $104,000 and casual positions pay by the hour. All flights from Perth, meals and accommodation are included.
Work Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook large‐volume meals (up to thousands per day) on site in remote mining villages.
* Follow structured menus and strict food safety standards (HACCP).
* Collaborate with a high‐performing kitchen team.
* Work day and/or night shifts, typically 12‐hour days on a 14:7 roster or flexible casual FIFO rosters.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation.
* Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
* Previous experience in bulk catering or fast‐paced kitchen environments.
* Ability to work flexible rosters, daytime and nighttime shifts.
* Strong teamwork skills and work ethic.
* Pass a pre‐employment medical exam.
* Reliable, resilient and safety‐focused.
