The Role Support an experienced and friendly Senior Property Manager Host open homes Conduct routine inspections Prepare new lease agreements Lease renewals Assist with organising maintenance and repairs Properties all within close proximity to the office Cloud-based software used The Requirements At least 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager Must have current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration Driver's license Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills Honest, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER!
