Leadership Opportunity



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of retail professionals. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, inspiring and coaching your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.




About this Role




* Operational Excellence: Lead and motivate a large team within a high-volume, big-box retail setting to achieve sales targets and drive operational excellence.

* Event Coordination: Coordinate promotional events, supplier activations, and store campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.

* Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention while driving sales and store performance.

* Collaboration: Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance operations, develop strategic plans, and implement process improvements.

* Talent Development: Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

* Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop plans to drive business growth and improvement.

* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the leadership team and drive results.
