Partnerships Sales Account Manager Role
A unique opportunity to drive growth and expansion of non-supplier brands within David Jones, Amplify.
This role will support the National Sales and Partnerships Director in developing experience-led campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive return on investment for advertisers. You will be accountable for managing a portfolio with commercial focus, strategic thinking, and solid execution aligned to David Jones' Amplify priorities.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within retail media to drive revenue growth.
* Develop creative media solutions that bring a brand to life in the world of David Jones, Amplify.
* Implement strategies to improve sell-through of production-heavy channels.
* Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of retail media campaigns.
* Support the development of preferred supplier relationships to oversee logistics and execution of pop-up retail media campaigns.
* Contribute to the review and optimisation of media inventory and packaging strategies.
* Ensure efficient campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for retail media and a knack for campaign management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record in managing successful media campaigns. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and manage client relationships is second to none. You are detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Your customer-centric approach ensures that challenges are addressed promptly to maintain client satisfaction and project momentum.
Requirements
* Proven experience in media sales, retail marketing, shopping centre or category/partnerships roles within luxury, retail or media/experiential agency environments – minimum 3 years.
* Strong understanding of media channel planning, inventory and commercialisation management strategies.
* A creative thinker who can piece together a brand's attributes into an exceptional media plan that brings the brand to life.
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools to manage pipelines, track campaign performance and inform sales strategy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
