ECommerce Coordinator
Global HQ – Melbourne | Full-Time | Digital Team
Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you'll support all aspects of digital trading, merchandising, CRM execution, and campaign delivery to help us deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience for our customers. The coordinator will also assist in executing regional CRM and digital marketing initiatives, monitoring performance, and preparing insights.
What You'll Do
eCommerce Trading & Merchandising
: You will support product launches, promotions, and seasonal updates across the ANZ digital trading calendar, while managing accurate product data in Shopify and AP21. Ensuring onsite merchandising aligns with regional and global standards and conducting regular site audits to identify errors and optimisation opportunities.
Campaign & CRM Support
: You will assist in building, testing, and deploying email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo, monitor campaign performance and generate insights, and ensure all CRM activity is delivered on time and aligned to trading calendars.
Digital Marketing Coordination
: You will work with agencies and internal teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns, ensure creative assets are correctly uploaded, tracked, and meet platform specifications. Support paid media reporting by collecting data, tracking KPIs, and preparing performance summaries.
Reporting & Insights
: You will maintain weekly and monthly reporting across eCommerce, CRM, and campaigns. Using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo to track performance and customer behaviour, and provide insights and recommendations to support optimisation initiatives.
Collaboration & Support
: You will partner with brand, logistics, and retail teams to ensure seamless campaign and launch execution. Provide administrative and project support to meet deadlines and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency.
What You'll Bring
* 1-3 years' experience in eCommerce, digital coordination, or merchandising, ideally in retail.
* Hands-on experience with digital and analytics tools (e.g. Klaviyo and Google Analytics).
* Strong attention to detail in managing product data, promotions, and campaign set-up.
* Understanding of digital marketing channels and how they integrate into the eCommerce funnel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
* Analytical mindset with confidence in working with reports, KPIs, and performance data.
