A high level executive support role is available on a 3 month contract with a NSW government client based in Auburn.

About the Role:

* Provide high level support to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer focused service.
">
* Assist with the preparation of letters, agendas, minutes, and ensure all correspondence conform to protocols.
">
* Maintain the General Manager's calendar and liaise with relevant staff as required.
">
">
Requirements:
">
* Demonstrated experience in providing high level executive support and dealing with confidential information.
">
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of record management systems.
">
* Strong communication skills including collaboration, negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution.
">
* Current Driver's License.
">
* Experience in Local Government desirable.
