Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage site operations, focusing on safety, quality, and project delivery.
* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain workflow and project sequencing.
* Oversee site establishment, logistics, and programming for education-based projects.
Team Leadership
* Lead and mentor younger Site Supervisors and apprentices.
* Foster a positive and collaborative site culture, prioritizing productivity, safety, and workmanship.
Stakeholder & Client Management
* Liaise with Project Managers, architects, consultants, and school representatives.
* Maintain effective communication to minimize disruption in sensitive, live school environments.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
* Implement and uphold QA/QC systems and detailed inspections.
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety procedures.
